Refund policy

We want you to love your JOMO by JM purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless required by law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@jomobyjm.com so that we can make it right.
